Today was a victory of sorts. After several tries and almost 2 weeks on the job, I managed to master the art of foam making for Cappuccino! It happened at the most unlikely of situations. Was supposed to make Latte and to my pleasant surprise, I made too much foam for Latte. The resulting foam was enough for a cup of Cappuccino! Wanted to make sure that it was not a one off thing and went to create another cup of foam. Well, to my delight, I actually mastered the art of foam making for Cappuccino unconsciously!
Another skill learned. A personal victory!
