Favour

The Bible says, "Let your light so shine before men that they may see your goods works and glorify your Father who is in heaven," So true, those words. Took the bold step of working in F&B and experienced the fruits of good testimony and sound work ethics first hand. Was asked to work in the kitchen only on my second day of work. My duty? Make waffles, prepare salad, make garlic bread and coordinate the orders of customers to the chef and his team and serve them to the runners when the orders are ready. I was just focused on doing my job well, Didn't expect any rewards or accolades. Well, the chef praised me for being of great help to him in the kitchen and the boss, took noticed of my waffle making skills. Indeed, as we take our work seriously and seek to excel, going beyond the mediocre, favour is never in short supply!
