I remember the lyrics, "He works in ways we cannot see. He will make a way. He will make a way."
Well, that is exactly what happened 2 weeks ago. All the while, for the last 2 1/2 months, I have been rooting for Mediacorp to reply since my last interview with the ex VP of SMA. Have been getting impatient of late as the year comes to a near close and I am still not employed full-time. Well, what do you know! Providence came in the most unexpected of avenues! Went for a 2nd recce for the youth campsite with Aloysius and he informed me that Innotrek where he is freelancing has openings for freelance camp instructors. Called the contact that he gave me and was informed by the other party that there was a full-time position too. The other party gave me another contact and I called. Well, what do you know? I was granted an interview 2 weeks ago and was informed shortly that I have been accepted by the company! "He works in ways we cannot see." The refrain rings loud in my head. Praise God!
My only concern right now, is the juggling of ministry and work. What more, I would have to study part-time in AGBC once again in order to secure the credits that I have earned through the 10 modules that I have studied for. All that was accomplised through 5 grueling years of working and studying. This leaves me with 3 more years to complete my BTh. Furthermore, the contract with Innotrek is for 2 years. I wouldn't want to waste all that effort away! Just like the promise of strength and favour that was given to me on Sunday, I am trusting in Jehovah Rohi to guide me through the next 2 years of challenages.
Lord I trust in you!
