Was doing my quiet time yesterday and the Lord spoke to me from Luke 12:35-48. The message was two-fold.
The first was about enduring even when the going gets tough. Being watchful of the times and seasons in this turbulent times that we live in. To discern the opportunities that present themselves to partner with the Holy Spirit as He ushers in the Second Coming of Christ.
The second was a warning to those who have been chosen by God to practice spiritual gifts and to lead others in His kingdom.
As I read the second, I felt the Lord telling me that He has gifted me with much spiritual gifts and He expects me to practice them. Use them to bless others. Use them to build the His kingdom. Strengthen His house. Even though, I am new in SAG, do not be afraid, stand up and be counted, be courageous and move in the giftings that He has blessed me with.
Lord, I am encouraged. I am willing to step out of my comfort zone. I am willing to be used by you.

The Void (in my heart)
What do I expect in a life partner?
1) Must love and fear God (a nominal christian is not enough)
2) Have a heart for people
3) Support my calling (i know for sure that the Lord has chosen me to full-time ministry)
4) Emotional open (you don't wanna double guess what's in the other person's heart)
5) Adaptability (you don't want someone who wines when put into a challenging situation)
